Due to COVID-19, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages that end up at the wrong location provided to us by the customer. 
Q: What are your shipping terms and conditions?
We are not responsible for duties, taxes or custom fees under any circumstances. The buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has been shipped. 
Q: When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for any given order to be processed. Orders are processed chronologically as they are received. 
Delivery Times: 
- Within Canada: 9-11 business days
- United States: 15-17 business days 
- International: 23-25 business days 
Due to COVID-19, please be patient with your orders as there may be some delays with delivery times. You will be sent an email confirmation when your parcel has been shipped. 
Q: Does my order come with tracking? 
Tracked shipping can be chosen at checkout for an additional price before finalizing your order. The tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel has been fulfilled. 
Q: Can my business re-sell your products?
